# Broker vault

The BAUM reserve behind every Broker — redeem a Broker for BAUM, or buy one.

The Broker vault holds the **194,400,000 BAUM** reserve: exactly **50,000 BAUM for every Broker** in the collection.

## Redeem

Send a Broker to the vault, receive **50,000 BAUM**.

Redemptions open **30 days after TGE** — October 23.

Redeeming forfeits the Broker's wallet contents unless withdrawn first. **Empty the wallet before sending a Broker to the vault.**

## Buy

Pay **60,000 BAUM plus a 10% fee (66,000 BAUM total)**, receive a Broker at random from the vault.

## Where the BAUM goes

* Redemptions are paid from the reserve.
* The 60,000 BAUM of each vault purchase returns to the reserve.
* The 10% fee is taken outside the reserve:
  * **70%** buys real-world assets that are distributed to activated Broker holders.
  * **30%** goes to the Baum treasury.

Cumulative RWAs distributed to Brokers is published from the first distribution.
